Out of every serial killer i’ve did researches on, Kemper is the sickest mofo. Seriously. When he was thirteen yrs. old he would kill neighborhood cats and put their heads on poles. At age 15 he killed his own grandparents. He killed his cat, decapitated it and then cut it into small pieces. This is the same thing he did to his own mother, years later!
